Stiplosek. We will collect the cheque along with the signed Lease. Credit Card Yes, we now accept credit card payments for your rent! Collect your loyalty programme points just by paying the rent! Note that an additional 2.5% service fee will be levied by the payment processor for this service. It will take about 4 days for your payment to reach us, so do plan in advance! Something else? Have you viewed one of our office, industrial or commercial spaces? Use the link below to answer some questions for your COMMERCIAL Lease. APPLY NOW >> The Process In general, we receive a lot of applications for both Commercial and Residential vacancies. We will first review the applications that come in. We will then prepare a Lease for the selected tenant. It will be sent for you to review. If you're okay with it, you'll sign it and send it back to us, in paper or electronic form (or, we'll go back and fix it if there are problems). When you sign it, we will require the security deposit/last month's rent to be submitted to secure the space. We will then direct you to our tenant portal to fill in your contact information and, if relevant, keyfob request form. On the date your Lease begins we will get you your keys (either in person, or we will provide a lockbox for you to retrieve the keys on your schedule). The first month's rent will be collected on this day. For residential spaces, we will go through a unit inspection on your first day with you and document the condition of the space, along with pointing out important things you need to know. Insurance All of our tenants are required to have an appropriate insurance policy prior to beginning a tenancy.
